1. 과학실 사용 신청
 - 과학실 사용 신청은 희망 사용일 전날 오후 4시까지 접수합니다.
   (기존 과학실 사용 신청 링크 사용)
 - 당일 신청은 불가하며, 전날 오후 4시까지 신청한 학생에게 과학실 사용 
   승인 이메일을 일괄 발송합니다.
   (예: 1월 6일 사용 희망 시 → 1월 5일 오후 4:00까지 신청 완료)
2. 이용 인원 및 운영 방식
 - 1일 최대 이용 인원은 10명으로 제한합니다.
 - 실험대 1대당 1인 사용을 원칙으로 합니다.
3. 과학실 운영 시간
 - 운영 요일 및 시간: 월요일 ~ 금요일 / 오전 9시 ~ 오후 4시
(단, 학교 운영 상황에 따라 일부 요일은 과학실 운영을 하지 않을 수 있음 (개인 이메일 일괄 발송)
 - 원활한 운영을 위해 오전 7시 30분부터 감독자가 좌석 배정, 시약 및 실험 준비를 진행합니다.
4. 이용 중 퇴실 및 외출 관련
 - 당일 계획된 실험을 조기 종료하거나 실험이 마무리 되어 퇴실하고자 할 경우, 실험대 및 주변을 정리한 후 감독자(정윤주, IB 과학선생님)의 확인을 받은 뒤 퇴실해야 합니다.
 - 실험 중 일시적인 외출(휴식, 기타 용무; 사전협의 필수)은 가능하나, 오후 4시 이전까지 모든 실험 및 정리 정돈을 완료해야 합니다. 
   (외출 시 확인증 발급 필요->과학실 감독선생님께 문의)
5. 신청 취소 및 무단 불참 관련
 - 신청한 날짜에 무단으로 실험실을 이용하지 않거나 당일 취소하는 경우, 해당 주에는 과학실 사용 신청이 제한됩니다.
6. 안전 수칙 준수
 - 실험실 이용자는 보호안경, 실험복 등 기본 안전 수칙을 반드시 준수해야 합니다.
 - 안전 수칙 미준수 시 즉시 실험실 이용이 제한될 수 있습니다.
7. 시설 및 기물 관리
 - 실험 기구 및 시약은 담당자의 안내에 따라 사용해야 하며, 고의 또는 부주의로 인한 파손 시 학교 규정에 따라 조치 될 수 있습니다.
8. 기타
- 위 운영 사항은 과학실 운영 상황에 따라 일부 조정될 수 있습니다.
 

1. Application for Science Laboratory Use
 - Applications for science laboratory use must be submitted by 4:00 PM on the day before the intended date of use
   (Please use the existing science laboratory application link.)
 - Same-day applications are not accepted. Approval emails will be sent in   bulk to students who complete their application by 4:00 PM on the previous day. Example: To use the lab on January 6 → application must be completed by 4:00 PM on January 5.)
2. Number of Users and Operation Method
 - The maximum number of users per day is limited to 10 students.
 - One student per laboratory bench is permitted.
3. Science Laboratory Operating Hours
 - Operating days and hours: Monday to Friday / 9:00 AM – 4:00 PM
  (Please note that the laboratory may not be open on certain days depending on school operations.)
 - To ensure smooth operation, the staff member in charge will assign seats and prepare reagents and materials starting at 7:30 AM.
4. Leaving the Laboratory and Temporary Absence
 - If a student wishes to leave the laboratory early or after completing all planned experiments, they must clean and organize their workspace and obtain confirmation from the supervising staff before leaving.
 - Temporary exits during experiments (for breaks or other reasons; prior approval required) are permitted. however, all experiments and clean-up must be completed before 4:00 PM.
5. Cancellation and No-Show Policy
 - Students who fail to attend without notice or cancel on the day of use will be restricted from applying for laboratory use for the remainder of that week.
6. Safety Regulations
 - All laboratory users must strictly follow basic safety regulations, including wearing safety goggles and lab coats.
 - Failure to comply with safety regulations may result in immediate restriction of laboratory use.
7. Facilities and Equipment Management
 - Laboratory equipment and reagents must be used according to the instructions of the supervising staff.
- Any damage caused intentionally or through negligence will be handled in accordance with school regulations.
